Case Study: APM achieves 139 active mentoring pairs and 90% participant recommendation with Hivebrite

APM launches to support the professional development of community members

APM, the Association for Project Management and the UK’s chartered body for the profession, faced the challenge of supporting project managers in an increasingly global, digital and uncertain business environment. To strengthen member development and engagement, APM partnered with Hivebrite and leveraged the Hivebrite-powered APM Community and its Mentoring Module to create a structured mentoring benefit for members.

Using Hivebrite’s Mentoring Module, APM launched the APM Mentoring Programme to let members create mentor/mentee profiles, set objectives, and form secure professional matches (including reverse mentoring). In under ten months the programme enrolled 229 mentors and 231 mentees, produced 139 active mentoring pairs, and achieved a 90% participant recommendation rate (40% likely, 50% very likely), demonstrating clear engagement and professional-development impact enabled by Hivebrite.
