APM launches mentoring program with Hivebrite, earning 90% participant recommendations

The Association for Project Management (APM), a chartered body for the project profession, needed to equip its members with tools to succeed in an increasingly complex and demanding business environment. To support professional development and foster connections, APM partnered with Hivebrite to create a new mentoring program for its community.

Using Hivebrite's Mentoring Module, APM built a program from scratch that allows members to create profiles, choose their own matches, and connect in a secure online space. The solution was highly successful, resulting in 229 mentors and 231 mentees enrolling in less than ten months, forming 139 active pairs. A survey showed that 90% of participants would recommend the program, demonstrating its significant impact and value to the community.
