SmartPro Financial, a Sarasota-based financial advisory firm supporting a remote network of 80 advisors across the U.S., needed a better way to manage time-critical back-office work like new account setup, asset movement, documentation, and OSJ compliance. Before Hive, the team relied heavily on email and spreadsheets, which created inbox overload and made it hard to give advisors visibility into client requests and workflow status.

Using Hive, SmartPro Financial built customized workflows with Hive Forms, Projects, Calendar View, and third-party integrations to route requests, track workloads, and provide role-based access for internal teams and external advisors. Hive helped the company eliminate much of the manual admin and email traffic, improve collaboration across locations, and create 100 to 150 tailored forms to streamline operations and speed up client service.
