M/I Homes, the Columbus-based homebuilder ranked 14th nationally with operations across 15 divisions, faced fragmented marketing workflows built on SharePoint that left requests unclear, communication disjointed, and teams without dynamic forms, timestamped comments, mobile access, or customizable views. To centralize and scale campaign and collateral work across the organization, their marketing team adopted the Hive project management platform.

Using Hive, M/I Homes’ cross-functional committee built robust Hive Forms, parent projects for each division, Summary Views, Table/Kanban/Calendar layouts, and tagging/notification workflows, with staged onboarding (test environment, Lunch & Learns, and a one-week switchover).
