UKG, a leading provider of human capital management solutions, sought to upskill its global workforce of 15,000 employees on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B). To build a common understanding and foster a more inclusive culture, the company partnered with vendor Hive Learning to implement its flagship inclusion program.

Hive Learning delivered a practical learning program that covered critical topics like unconscious bias and micro-aggressions. The solution was highly successful, with 86% of participating employees taking action to develop a more inclusive culture. Furthermore, 96% of executives engaged in active DEI&B discussions using their new skills. As a result of the partnership, Hive Learning was accepted into the UKG Diversity Accelerator Program and its solutions are now available to over 70,000 UKG customers.
