Jaguar Land Rover, the UK’s largest automotive manufacturer, needed a way to upskill and connect its 5,000 line managers across 19+ countries as the business grew and the industry changed rapidly. With face-to-face training already in place, the company wanted a more sustained approach to help managers embed new behaviors, champion change, and live its customer-first values. Hive Learning supported this need with its digital learning app and cohort-based program delivery.
Using Hive Learning, Jaguar Land Rover launched “The Great Line Manager Program” to combine face-to-face learning with ongoing nudges, peer collaboration, and global knowledge-sharing. Over 18 months, the platform helped onboard thousands of managers and create a stronger community, with 2 of 3 line managers saying they were better at their job. Jaguar Land Rover also saw faster identification of knowledge gaps and more consistent behavior change across the organization.
