Halma plc, a global FTSE 100 group of life-saving technology companies, wanted to extend the impact of its two-day HITE leadership event and create more opportunities for its 50 businesses across 19 countries to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive innovation. To support this challenge, Halma worked with Hive Learning and its mobile-first learning platform to build a broader, year-round learning experience.
Hive Learning powered HalmaHub, a digital hub that connected leaders and later all 5,500 employees, making it easy to share best practice, tacit knowledge, and peer-to-peer insights in the flow of work. The result was stronger collaboration and faster change across the group, with 92% of employees taking actions from learnings, more than 5,800 content cards created by learners, and HalmaHub recognized as one of Halma’s seven core growth enablers that contributed to record profit growth.
