DP World turns awareness into action with Hive Learning

DP World, the global logistics company, wanted to build a stronger culture of inclusion across its dispersed workforce in the Middle East and Africa. With leaders spread across 14 countries and face-to-face training not scalable, the company needed a digital way to help leaders understand inclusive behaviors, align around the topic, and keep momentum through ongoing dialogue. Hive Learning’s Inclusion Works program was selected to support this effort.

Hive Learning delivered a cohort-based, peer-to-peer digital learning experience that let DP World leaders learn and discuss inclusion together across smartphones, tablets, and desktops. In just three months, the program generated 7,200+ peer learning interactions, helped 94% of participants consciously practice inclusive behaviors, and earned an 85 NPS score. DP World also reported that 99% of leaders believed the initiative would drive positive change, and 100% wanted to continue with a wider rollout.
