Hitachi Vantara implemented a HIPAA‑compliant data warehouse with real-time data pushes, replicated contact-center software to AWS for seamless failover, and provides 24/7 monitoring, security audits, maintenance and cost-optimization recommendations. The result: continuous availability of critical crisis services during outages, improved visibility into call volumes and AWS spend for better budgeting, faster rerouting to balance demand and protect caller experience, reduced IT management burden, and stronger compliance and operational insight.
