Netic Delivers Fast, High Availability IT Services with Hitachi Storage

Netic, an IT services provider for Denmark’s public and private sectors, needed to meet rigorous SLAs for performance, availability, and security across a mix of business-critical workloads. To better control its storage infrastructure for private cloud services, Netic partnered with Hitachi Vantara and standardized on the Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform (VSP) E590, along with Hitachi Content Platform for Cloud Scale.

Hitachi Vantara helped Netic build a scalable, all-NVMe storage architecture with enterprise-class features such as Global Active Device, Ops Center, and nondisruptive upgrades. As a result, Netic delivers highly reliable, high-performance services with no disruption during updates; over more than a decade, it experienced only two storage controller failures, and neither affected application availability or performance.
