Lehmann + Partner Informatik AG, a Swiss provider of HR, IT and process management services, needed an affordable, web-based self-service BI solution that integrated smoothly with HR systems (like Xpert.HRM and time-tracking) and was usable by non-technical HR staff. Hitachi Vantara’s Pentaho components were embedded into BI4HR to handle ETL, dashboards, reporting and analytics, delivering a 100% web-based, easy-to-learn solution that requires minimal training. The Pentaho-based BI4HR improved responsiveness, supports data blending from multiple HR sources, exposes key HR KPIs (sick leave, turnover, entries/departures), and lets HR teams create and share reports to spot trends (e.g., potential staffing shortages) and continuously extend functionality based on customer feedback.
