KFC engaged Hitachi Consulting (now operating under Hitachi Vantara) as its preferred partner, working with MicroStrategy and using Hitachi’s Smart Spaces Solution along with Customer Intelligence and Enterprise Intelligence services to assess and transform its information landscape.
Hitachi Vantara conducted a comprehensive review of KFC’s information landscape using its Information Strategy Assessment Service and built a business insight roadmap to implement a strategic BI platform. The solution — delivered by Hitachi Vantara with MicroStrategy integration — establishes the analytics foundation KFC needs to drive measurable cost reductions, boost operational efficiency and improve customer service across its 850 UK stores and 24,000 employees.
