To modernize its people management platform, Gowling WLG engaged Hitachi Vantara to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud as part of a MultiCloud Acceleration and Oracle Enterprise Modernization effort.
Hitachi Vantara implemented Oracle HCM Cloud modules in a two‑phase program—using workshops, a blended onshore/offshore “One Team” delivery model, 14 bi‑directional integrations and proprietary tools—to deliver a unified HR platform rolled out to 1,400 employees across six countries in seven months. The Hitachi Vantara solution created a single global source of truth, reduced manual spreadsheets and processing, enabled role‑based dashboards and real‑time international analytics, and produced a scalable, GDPR‑compliant HR capability that improved efficiency and management insight.
