Hitachi Redefines Data Mobility for Kremsmüller Industrieanlagenbau KG

Kremsmüller Industrieanlagenbau KG, a multinational industrial plant constructor with more than 40 sites and partners worldwide, faced rising demands for secure, always‑available data mobility to share large files with branches, suppliers and customers. To meet this challenge it turned to Hitachi Vantara, deploying Hitachi Content Platform Anywhere (HCP Anywhere) on its on‑premises Hitachi Content Platform 300 and leveraging an existing Hitachi storage infrastructure.

Hitachi Vantara implemented HCP Anywhere together with the company’s HCP 300 and earlier Hitachi Unified Storage 150 systems (80 TB each), plus management and protection tools, to keep data under company control while enabling secure access from any device. The result was improved performance and capacity, eliminated overflowing email servers (users now send links instead of attachments), measurable time savings and higher employee productivity, and simpler, secure collaboration with customers and partners — all delivered by Hitachi Vantara.
