Exprivia Enhances Product Offering With Pentaho

Exprivia, a global ICT company, was asked by a long-term client to improve sales data management after the client centralized systems and retired its on‑prem ERP. To expand its product offering and deliver better business intelligence, Exprivia partnered with Hitachi Vantara and licensed Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics.

Using Hitachi Vantara’s Pentaho platform, Exprivia developed the cloud-based Sales Better Extension (Linux servers, MySQL) to integrate Excel/CSV files, CRM and other sources; the system made three years of data—about 30 million records—accessible (went live June 2017), with role-based interfaces and automated verification. The Hitachi Vantara–powered solution streamlined data access, boosted sales and improved sales‑staff engagement, and positions Exprivia to sell the tool to other clients.
