Blechwarenfabrik Limburg GmbH, a leading manufacturer of tinplate packaging, wanted to improve environmental sustainability and speed up manufacturing and business insights across its operations. Working with Hitachi Vantara, the company looked for a way to replace siloed, spreadsheet-based reporting with standardized, near-real-time analytics using Pentaho DataOps Data Integration and Analytics.

Hitachi Vantara helped Blechwarenfabrik Limburg build a modern data analytics architecture that integrates information from production, warehouse, ERP, HR, CRM, and energy systems into automated dashboards and reports. As a result, the company now generates more than 100 dashboards and 700 reports automatically, refreshes key data every two minutes, and has reduced resource consumption enough to save about half a million euros per year while improving productivity, warehouse efficiency, and sustainability.
