Armedia Embeds Hitachi Vantara’s Pentaho Solution

Armedia, a veteran-owned systems integrator that delivers ArkCase for case, document and records management, needed to give clients real-time, self-service analytics and reporting to streamline complex digital transformation and compliance workflows. To meet that challenge, Armedia selected Hitachi Vantara’s Pentaho Business Analytics (and Pentaho Data Integration from the Lumada portfolio) to embed reporting and fast ETL into ArkCase across both community and enterprise editions.

Working with Hitachi Vantara, Armedia integrated Pentaho Business Analytics into ArkCase and added Pentaho Data Integration as the ETL back end, enabling embedded, drag-and-drop analytics, automated processes and consolidated case data for smarter decisions. The Hitachi Vantara-powered solution boosted platform efficiency by at least 40% (with some clients reporting up to 80%), sped ROI, improved accessibility across editions, and supports compliance use cases such as FOIA, GDPR and CCPA.
