Netgroup, a Danish full-service web hosting company with five data centers, needed a more stable and scalable storage backbone to support mission-critical customer services with high uptime and fast response times. With Hitachi Data Systems, Netgroup improved administration and performance, could adjust storage more quickly to changing demand, and successfully moved a large customer’s data to eliminate peak-load issues; the company also says it can now guarantee 99.99% uptime, fast response times, and do more with fewer staff.
