HireVue helped Brown-Forman digitize and streamline early-stage hiring with live and on-demand video interviews, along with workflow design, training, and change management support. The result was a more efficient process and a stronger candidate experience, with Brown-Forman becoming a top-rated company in the Talent Board CandE program; 54% of candidates were extremely likely to apply, 64% were extremely likely to refer others, and 52% reported a great candidate experience, far above category averages.
