Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) needed to modernize a manual, inconsistent hiring process that was slowing down recruiting and frustrating candidates. As CHOP grew to more than 20,000 employees and needed to fill thousands of roles, it turned to HireVue and Workday integration to support faster, more standardized talent acquisition.
HireVue implemented conversational AI for prescreening, OnDemand and live interviewing, and self-scheduling, all integrated with Workday. The result was a more automated and efficient hiring workflow that saved CHOP 1,695 hours annually, eliminated 6,743 hours of phone screens per year, improved recruiter and candidate experience, and delivered $667,000 in year-to-date efficiency savings, along with strong satisfaction scores of 85 NPS and 92 CSAT.
