Using HireVue, Schneider Electric replaced generic interview intro and closing videos with personalized videos created by each recruiter. This helped candidates see who would review their interview and made the process feel more human. The pilot showed measurable impact: one recruiter’s candidate NPS rose from 68.4 to 75.4, a 7-point increase, demonstrating that HireVue helped improve the candidate experience at no added cost or extra time.
