Schneider Electric, a global industrial technology leader, faced candidate feedback that its early-career hiring process felt impersonal, even though it was already using HireVue OnDemand interviews. The company wanted to improve the candidate experience, strengthen human connection, and support its goal of expanding early-career opportunities as part of its sustainability strategy.

Using HireVue, Schneider Electric replaced generic interview intro and closing videos with personalized videos created by each recruiter. This helped candidates see who would review their interview and made the process feel more human. The pilot showed measurable impact: one recruiter’s candidate NPS rose from 68.4 to 75.4, a 7-point increase, demonstrating that HireVue helped improve the candidate experience at no added cost or extra time.
