With Hirevue, Globe Telecom introduced a more consistent, scientific hiring process that validated skills more effectively and reduced recruiter effort. Results included screening-to-interview conversions rising from 23% to 38%, interview-to-offer conversions improving from 47% to 90%, and time from endorsement to offer dropping from 16 to 7 days.
