The OECD, an international organization focused on economic and social policy, needed a better way to screen candidates across many role levels while improving recruiter efficiency and the candidate experience. It turned to HireVue’s video interviewing solution, previously Modern Hire, to support hiring for entry-level, mid-level, and senior positions.
HireVue implemented flexible, user-friendly video interviewing that let managers review candidates asynchronously and helped the OECD assess fit earlier in the process. The results included better shortlisting, improved candidate quality, and fewer non-viable candidates reaching panel interviews; OECD reported cutting the final-interview pool roughly in half, and 90% of surveyed hiring managers said HireVue improved candidate quality and shortlisting.
