Penn Medicine, a large and growing healthcare system with thousands of annual hires, faced a major recruiting challenge in a highly competitive labor market. HireVue, through its Modern Hire on-demand video interviewing capability, was used to help streamline this process.

HireVue implemented an on-demand interview workflow that let recruiters send one email invite to all qualified candidates and review completed interviews asynchronously. This replaced traditional phone screens, improved collaboration with hiring managers, and helped Penn Medicine present a smaller, higher-quality slate of candidates.
