Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, needed a better way to handle high application volumes and make screening easier for distributed hiring teams. Phone interviews were hard to review when recruiters were in different locations or traveling, so Nestlé turned to HireVue’s automated video interviewing solution to help assess candidates more efficiently.
HireVue helped Nestlé eliminate many phone screens by enabling hiring teams to review interviews asynchronously, include technical questions early, and compare more candidates more quickly. The results included better identification of qualified applicants, stronger communication between recruiters and hiring managers, and a more efficient process that gave HR time back. Candidate feedback was also very positive, with 92% satisfaction, 98% finding the software easy to use, and 93% saying they would complete a video interview again.
