Leading Professional Services Providing Company, a professional services firm offering management and technology consulting, needed help attracting high-quality candidates for critical projects and growth initiatives. Hire Velocity was brought in to support call center recruitment and broader hiring needs, including staffing a new development service center, on-demand sourcing and screening, pipeline creation, and outreach to passive candidates with ERP, accounting, and finance expertise.
Hire Velocity implemented a multi-tiered RPO and sourcing solution using the client’s ATS and external outreach, with dedicated teams screening and documenting candidates to the client’s requirements. The effort produced nearly 500 placements for the service center, more than 3,000 qualified ERP candidates, nearly 500 accounting and finance candidates, and over 200 qualified passive candidates from target firms. Hire Velocity also improved recruiting productivity, averaging 3.5 hours per screened candidate from the ATS and 6.1 hours when sourcing externally, prompting the client to add more internal recruiters to process the output.
