Nextera Healthcare, Colorado’s largest Direct Primary Care network, needed an enterprise-grade way to manage complex employer-sponsored memberships, affiliate relationships, eligibility updates, billing, and data reporting as it expanded from direct-to-consumer care into larger self-funded employer markets. Hint Health implemented Hint Core to automate eligibility synchronization, plan administration, collections, invoicing, and fund flows across Nextera Healthcare’s network. The results included more than 10,000 daily eligibility and personal-data updates processed across Hint customers, $25,000+ recovered through dunning and collections, $913 in annual savings per member versus a PPO plan, and 24% membership growth during 2020–2021, helping Nextera scale to 70+ locations and 109 independent physician affiliates.
