The solution focused on reinforcing safe behaviors, encouraging near-miss reporting, and rewarding the achievement of safety goals. The program was successfully expanded to multiple plant locations, resulting in a steady year-over-year decline in occupational illness, injury, and lost-time incident rates since its inception.
