Minno’s same-day migration from Segment to Hightouch

Minno, a Christian streaming platform for children’s content, was using Segment for event collection but struggled with its rigid specs and schema, especially for custom behavioral events and syncing data cleanly to Snowflake and downstream ad platforms. The company wanted a more flexible, warehouse-centric composable CDP approach, and turned to Hightouch to replace Segment.

With Hightouch Events, Minno completed the migration in about 10 minutes and moved to a Snowflake-native setup with full control over event definitions and data modeling.
