Using Databricks to build a unified customer data foundation and Hightouch to sync curated data from Databricks into Intercom, Mews enabled marketing and product teams to activate data without manual CSV uploads or custom scripts. With Hightouch, syncs that once took days now take minutes, reducing engineering time and eliminating data silos while enabling granular segmentation and automated multi-touch journeys. The result was stronger engagement, including 50% open rates and 4% click-through rates, along with more targeted communication for customers and partners.
