Intelycare Saves $1M in Marketing Spend With Hightouch, Snowflake, and Fivetran

IntelyCare, a tech-enabled nurse staffing platform serving over 2,000 nursing homes across the US, needed to improve query performance, create a single source of truth, and unlock data access for internal teams. The company also had to deliver personalized experiences at scale and support real-time pricing and shift matching in a constantly changing environment, especially during COVID-19. To solve this, IntelyCare worked with Hightouch alongside Snowflake and Fivetran.

Using Hightouch, IntelyCare activated data from Snowflake into downstream tools for audiences, emails, texts, in-app messages, ad retargeting, Slack alerts, and predictive model outputs, reducing manual CSV workflows and freeing integration engineers to focus elsewhere. Hightouch helped increase controlled experiments from about 6 to 50+ per year, cut canceled shifts from new nurses by 25%, raise new nurse retention by 70%, and reduce annual marketing spend by over $1M. The new stack also saved an estimated $520,000 per year in engineering and maintenance costs.
