Equify LLC, a Fort Worth company that provides construction equipment financing, commercial insurance and frequent live heavy-equipment auctions, faced a marketing challenge: a three-person team needed to differentiate complex services and produce regular collateral for monthly auctions while competing with much larger rivals. Creative Director Brian Small led efforts to clarify the company story and streamline how the team managed photos, promotions and approvals.

Equify adopted Hightail for IT-compliant file sharing, image previews, commenting and approval workflows, simplifying its stack to Asana (planning), Hightail (develop/approve/store) and MailChimp (delivery). The change gave the team confidence that files were current and approved, sped up projects and let the small marketing group operate like a much larger team.
