How TPF Group cut production times and boosted morale

TPF Group’s TPF Sports brand is an end-to-end provider of licensed merchandise and membership packs for Australian sports clubs, sending about 1.4 million parcels a year. With creative artwork produced in Vietnam and approvals handled by email across nearly 100 clients and hundreds of products, the company faced frequent miscommunication, missed changes and costly production mistakes.

TPF trialled Hightail with eight clients to create a regimented approval workflow using Spaces, targeted comments and approver-specific routing. The new process halved the number of artwork rounds, saved an estimated AU$7,500 in design time per 100 products, boosted customer satisfaction and team morale, and is being expanded to 48 more clients with a plan for company-wide rollout.
