Liu Jo, the premium fashion brand, needed a faster and more reliable way to manage product feeds across multiple digital channels while using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. As its catalog grew to thousands of SKUs, feed generation became slow and inefficient, taking up to 17 hours and contributing to inaccurate data, product disapprovals in Google Merchant Center, and interruptions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Highstreet.io implemented a proprietary cartridge to streamline Liu Jo’s integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, enabling continuous synchronization of changing product attributes and fully automated syndication across channels. With Highstreet.io, Liu Jo increased single-country product feeds from about 9,000 to 23,000 products, reduced feed loading time from 17 hours to around two hours, cut Marketing Cloud catalog errors from 30% to 1%, lowered Google Merchant Center disapprovals by 65%, and improved campaign performance during peak periods such as Black Friday.
