As a result, ShurTech saw dramatic improvements — a 75% reduction in 31+ past-due receivables (50% overall past-due A/R reduction), a 33% reduction in 1–30 day past due, and reported 100%+ efficiency gains — improving cash flow and stabilizing team capacity.
