Huntsman Corporation, a global chemicals manufacturer operating across the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia, struggled with fragmented A/R across four platforms, paper‑based credit approvals, manual deductions management, and limited collection coverage (GetPaid captured only ~50% of trade receivables). To address these challenges, Huntsman partnered with HighRadius, deploying HighRadius ACA alongside the HighRadius Accelerator and CDA Dashboard to standardize and automate collections, credit and deductions processes.

HighRadius implemented a centralized, SAP‑integrated receivables solution with automated credit reviews, a unified CDA Dashboard, mass correspondence capabilities and a scoring engine, which reduced deduction aging from 10% to 2% (an 8% improvement), increased collections accounts dunned per day fivefold, and improved credit‑review timeliness by 96%. HighRadius also cut IT dependence by enabling business users to create templates, giving Huntsman real‑time visibility for 63,000 customers and freeing resources for higher‑value work.
