HighRadius implemented AI-driven prioritized work lists, automated capture and recording of calls/emails/P2Ps, auto-extraction of invoices, and real-time reporting and cash-forecasting dashboards. As a result, Ivanti repurposed 90% of analysts’ time toward high-priority research and customer contact, achieved 0 invoices past due beyond 90 days, reduced average days past due to ~14 days (from ~70+), delivered 20% year-over-year growth, and attained full automated account coverage and the ability to plan 2–3 year growth without adding FTEs.
