JBS, a global food and beverage leader, faced slow, error-prone order-to-cash operations driven by manual cash application, collections and deductions processes and a cumbersome in‑house Z‑code system. To modernize A/R, JBS engaged HighRadius and deployed its Cash Application Cloud, Collections Cloud and Deductions Cloud to replace the legacy workflows and reduce training, exceptions and manual reconciliation.

HighRadius delivered an AI‑enabled integrated receivables solution (EDI parsing, automatic linking, prioritized collections, automated correspondence and claim/POD automation) that straight‑through processed electronic payments and automated trade deduction resolution. The implementation unlocked about $6.4M in cash through lower DSO, enabled zero‑touch processing for e‑payments, shifted 2 FTEs to other tasks and allowed JBS to absorb ~40% receivables volume growth without increasing headcount — all delivered by HighRadius.
