LifeStraw, a Baltimore-based clean water solutions company, faced a manual, reactive cash-application process managed by a four-person AR team that struggled with high invoice volumes (notably from Amazon and Walmart), multiple ledgers, backlogs, longer DSOs and increased bad debt. To modernize and scale cash operations with minimal IT dependency, LifeStraw selected HighRadius’ RadiusOne Cash Application App to deliver a cloud, plug-and-play integration with their NetSuite ERP.

HighRadius implemented RadiusOne in just four weeks, automating remittance capture, invoice extraction and auto-matching (including complex parent–child accounts), which sped real-time cash posting and reduced manual effort. The deployment delivered 98% straight-through cash posting, a 95% hit-rate at the item level, ~75% automation and productivity gains, and freed up resources from 4 FTEs to 1 FTE—lowering costs and improving cash-application velocity.
