HighRadius implemented automated work queues, dispute automation, centralized and templated correspondence with auto-triggers by invoice age, and PCI-DSS-compliant tokenized payments, eliminating manual admin work and improving cross-team visibility. As a result, HighRadius helped Yaskawa reduce DSO by 5.5 days, boost A/R team productivity by 60%, achieve ~90% Collector Effectiveness Index, eliminate bad debt/write-offs, and save about $12,000 annually in credit card fees.
