The solution delivered measurable impact: a 50% reduction in shortage deductions write-offs, a 40% increase in collector efficiency, a 97% increase in daily collections accounts coverage, a reduction in A/R headcount from 28 to 10 FTEs, and roughly $1M net annual savings (including a reported $500K savings from collections).
