Linklaters, one of the world’s largest law firms, needed a better way to share its high volume of legal and industry updates without overwhelming clients. Working with HighQ and its publishing tools, the firm wanted to move beyond mailing lists and give clients a single, intuitive place to browse, filter, and control the content they received by topic, sector, country, and frequency.

HighQ helped Linklaters launch the Knowledge Portal using Publisher modules for publications, video, and microsites, later upgrading to Publisher 4. The result was a more user-friendly, responsive client experience with clear positive feedback and a significant increase in subscribers, visits, and engagements.
