Financial services trade body FIA uses HighQ to provide tailored digital services for its members

FIA, the global trade body for the listed and cleared derivatives industry, needed a more dynamic and user-friendly way to deliver hundreds of member documents, legal opinions, and regulatory resources than its static website could support. FIA turned to HighQ, using HighQ Publisher and its comparison toolkit functionality to centralize content and give different member groups access to the right information in the right format.

HighQ enabled FIA to launch a premium, subscription-based documentation service that created a new revenue stream and gave members a single secure place to access materials, including CCP Risk Review content and a legal documentation library. The impact was significant: permissioning that once took up to a day now takes less than five minutes, and FIA was able to roll out the service quickly while improving usability and member value through HighQ.
