Agiliti turned to Highland and SugarCRM in 2013 because it needed a robust CRM for the first time in the company’s history. The $500 million healthcare equipment company had to map a complex sales process, automate sales and marketing workflows, migrate 50,000+ accounts, and train a national sales team.

Highland helped design, develop, and deploy the SugarCRM solution, tailoring it to Agiliti’s sales and marketing workflows, parent-child account structures, and internal system integrations. The company later added CRM-embedded Strategic Account Plans and connected multiple systems, while also eliminating manual tasks, consolidating data, and improving sales representatives’ mobility and flexibility.
