T.M.Lewin, a menswear brand based in London, had the dual challenge of rapidly expanding into over 120 international markets and migrating to a new third-party logistics (3PL) provider to improve business efficiencies and the customer experience. They engaged HighCohesion to integrate the Global-e platform for international ecommerce and to manage a complex 3PL migration to Torque, along with implementing a new returns solution from Loop.

HighCohesion implemented and launched the Global-e integration for international sales in under six weeks, enabling immediate sales in the US, Australia, and numerous other countries. Concurrently, the vendor managed the full migration to the new 3PL, Torque, and integrated the Loop returns platform. The solution automated end-to-end processes from day one, expanded the customer base into key new markets, and significantly improved the international returns process for customers.
