Servicon, the facility management company for Arcos Bosques Tower 1, faced a significant challenge in controlling access to the building's lobby and elevators for its 3,500 daily tenants and visitors. They had no unified system to manage who entered the building or to track occupancy, which was critical for safety and security. To address this, they collaborated with HID Global to implement a new access control solution.

HID Global implemented its HID Mobile Access solution and HID RP10 readers at the building's turnstiles and elevators. This provided a secure, touchless entry system using mobile credentials or physical cards, managed via a cloud-based platform. The solution gave Servicon continuous visibility into building access through a unified database and significantly improved security management. Tenants also benefited from the option to use a single credential for both the building and the parking lot.
