Case Study: Skyliner improves security, convenience and efficiency with HID Global Mobile Access

A HID Global Case Study

Preview of the Skyliner Case Study

New Polish Skyscraper Improves Security, Convenience and Efficiency with HID Mobile Access

Skyliner, a 42-story skyscraper in Warsaw developed by Karimpol Group, needed a secure yet convenient way to manage segmented building access, parking, and tenant services while supporting both physical cards and mobile credentials. To meet these goals, Skyliner worked with HID Global and Hellopark’s workplace experience app, creating a touchless, app-based access approach for tenants and visitors.

HID Global implemented HID Mobile Access, mobile-enabled readers, and Origo integration within the SkylinerAPP so users could unlock doors, call lifts, reserve desks and parking, and manage credentials from their phones. The result was strong adoption: 95% of tenants and employees use mobile access, 1,600 users are registered, and the app has handled 16,000 desk/conference bookings and 3,500 parking reservations, helping make the building more efficient and productive.
