Nan Fung Group Advances Its Exemplary Environmental Commitment and Innovation With HID Mobile Access

Nan Fung Group, one of Hong Kong’s largest privately held conglomerates, wanted to modernize access control for AIRSIDE, its 1.9 million-square-foot mixed-use development, with a secure digital solution that would improve convenience, reliability, and the user experience. To support its ESG goals and reduce plastic use, the company turned to HID Global and HID Mobile Access® for a more efficient alternative to physical cards.

HID Global implemented HID Mobile Access using a mobile wallet experience, letting employees add credentials through the NF Touch App and use smartphones or smartwatches for contactless entry. Within a month of launch, more than 70% of staff had added their credentials to mobile wallets, easing peak-time congestion, improving access management, and making it faster to issue, update, and revoke credentials.
