MediReva Revalidatie, a medical supply and services company, faced challenges in managing thousands of weekly orders for rental equipment and consumables. To streamline operations, they partnered with HID Global and its partner Aucxis to integrate RAIN RFID technology into their warehouse management and ERP systems.

The solution implemented by HID Global involved equipping items with durable HID Seal Tag Mini tags to withstand cleaning processes and using handheld RFID scanners. Aucxis developed a compact warehouse management system that integrated seamlessly with MediReva's Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP. This provided a real-time, accurate overview of all products, drastically reducing mistakes. The outcome for MediReva Revalidatie was a highly efficient process with minimized errors and full visibility into the status of every article throughout its rental journey.
