Lindström Chooses HID RFID Readers to Improve Operational Transparency and Enhance Customer Experiences

Lindström, a family-owned textile service company operating in 22 countries, needed a more transparent and reliable way to track millions of garments across its complex operations. To improve customer experience and reduce errors, Lindström turned to HID Global and its TSL 1153 Bluetooth UHF RFID readers for digital tracking of delivered and picked-up items.

HID Global implemented the portable, durable RFID readers, which integrated with Lindström’s existing systems and supported real-time inventory-style tracking at customer sites. The result was better operational transparency, lower manual checking, and improved customer service through the eLindström portal, helping customers monitor textile status in real time and reducing overproduction while lowering operational costs.
